Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

Shipping Origin & Return Address Shipping origin and return address vary by product, as our items are fulfilled by different suppliers. Please refer to the individual product listing on our store or contact us at onlinepaystore4u@gmail.com for the specific warehouse shipping and return address details before sending any return.

Who Pays for Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
